Polymerisation unit for the production of polyester (PET) and polyamide (PA), with a capacity of 40-50 kg/day. The setup contains a mixing vessel, 2 polymerisation reactors, a cooling belt and a granulator. It’s operated by a dedicated operator during dayshift. There’s a possibility for both manual and automated dosing of raw materials. The process is fully controlled in the control room where all parameters can be set and process data is stored.
